I need someone from your legal department at hello mobile to contact me immediately 3-8-2023 Hello mobile terminated canceled deleted my account permanently without expressly telling me what they were doing told me I had to set up another account to activate my new plan with increased data ultimately terminated my phone number permanently then they tell you they cannot reinstate your phone number or plan then they don't ship your sim cards one is still in limbo somewhere in Atlanta after 8 days and still hasn't gotten here. There is FCC guidelines that prohibits companies from terminating your phone number completely. But these fools act like they cannot activate your line after they screw you and completely turn off your service I had at least 8 days left on my plan and all I was wanting to do was increase my plan to a higher gigabyte plan on two of my phone numbers one number I've had for probably over 20 years none of them speak good English all they do is apologize but they can't fix nothing after they screw you or can't fix your services or upgrade you properly User's recommendation: Do not ever let them terminate cancel or tell you you have to set up a different account
